Import Templates from text file
Tap menu item "Import..." and choose importing text file in the "Open" window. All successfuly imported templates will be added to the category "Imported Templates". If this category does not exist it will be created. When import finished we recommend to move each imported template from the default category "Imported Templates" to appropriate category (see Moving Template to another category).

Importing text file should be prepared in the following simple format:
• Each template can (not obligatory) have in the first line a short name enclosed in the special "brackets" - <<Short name>>. If template in an importing file does not have short name this name will be assigned automatically. Short name must be unique. Duplicated short names will be replaced to automatically created names.
• Each template should have in the last line the template delimiter - #####.

Example:
<<Template#1>>
Text of the template 1
text text text text
#####
Text of the template 2
  - some text
  - another text
#####

Important Note:   You can import text files with ANSI (Windows default), UTF-8 or Unicode encoding. However, text file with ANSI encoding can be properly imported only if it has text in language default for your Windows Mobile device. If you want to import multi-language text file or a text file in language non-default for your Windows Mobile device you have to create an importing text file in UTF-8 or Unicode encoding. You can do that use standard Notepad editor, for example.
