Template Properties

The Template Properties dialog lets you browse and edit properties of any template in the currently selected category. There are the following fields in the dialog:

• Category is a drop down list of categories. Using this field you can move the current template to any user-defined category.
• Short name is an unique short name of the current template. The template short name can be changed at any time.
  NOTE: It's recommended to assign the mnemonic short names if you want to work with composite templates.
• Auto button lets you automatically fill the Short name field with an unique (but not mnemonic) short name.
• Text is any template text including links to other templates and macros. You can enter manually any necessary text or just paste text from Clipboard use context menu.
• Insert template button lets you open the Insert Template dialog and choose any existing template or macro for insertion to editing template as a link.
• Preview button lets you open the Preview dialog and view full text of the current template.
• Add to Favorite Templates lets you add link to the current template to Favorites if this filed is checked.
