How do I install your software?
You can download the trial versions of our software from this web site. The file you download
is an installation package which must be run on a Windows-powered PC. The installation package
will use ActiveSync to install the software on your Pocket PC.

How to buy your software?
You can buy our software online, through a number of online distributor companies
such as RegNow, Handango, PocketGear, Pocketland.de. Payment is usually done online
use credit card, but RegNow and Pocketland.de accept other payments as well - Bank/Wire Transfer,
Fax, Phone, and Mail. All payments can be in US Dollars, Euro or UK Pounds.
As soon as we'll be notified that your order has been successfuly processed,
a registration code will be sent to you via email.
The registration code allows you to register your copy of the our software and convert it
from the trial version to the full-functional product. Please follow the instructions,
provided in the your registration email. You may download the trial version of the our software
before or after you complete the purchase process.

How to register your software?
To register our shareware software, you have to pay for it. After the payment
has been successfuly processed you will receive the registration email with a product
registration code and instructions.
There's no separate download for the purchased version and so you should not remove
the product trial version. Instead you have to follow the instructions
provided in the received registration email to convert the trial version to the
full-functional product.

I cannot run the your software on my Pocket PC.
May be missing the Microsoft .NET Compact Framework? All the Cactus Factory's
software products require the Microsoft .NET Compact Framework to be installed on your
Pocket PC.
* Pocket PC 2002 and Pocket PC 2000 devices require .NET Compact Framework to be installed
(if you haven't already) before any .NET Compact Framework based software can be runned.
You can freely download the .NET Compact Framework from the Microsoft web site
here.
* If you use Windows Mobile 2003 or Windows Mobile 2003 SE device
the Microsoft .NET Compact Framework is already pre-installed on the your Pocket PC.

I have lost my registration code, how can I retrieve it?
You can either contact the online store where you've purchased our software or send an e-mail to
Customer Support.
Be sure you include your full name, the e-mail address you used to purchase the software
and which product you have.
